We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders of 2 (two) products or more within the continental US.  Shipping charges for other types of shipping methods or for single products will be reflected during checkout and they vary depending on delivery zip code. For international deliveries please email our customer service department.

What is your return policy?
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 30 days of
purchase (see details on Conditions for Returns or Exchanges).

How can I check the status of my Portabra order?
To check the status of your order, please email us at customerservice@portabra.com and include your order number on the email.

How will I know once my Portabra has been shipped? 
Once your order is processed, your new Portabra will be scheduled for shipment and you will receive an email confirmation.  If you do not receive your shipment confirmation within 72 hours of placing your order please email our customer service department so that we can track the shipping status.  Please allow for extra time if your order was placed on a weekend or holidays. 

How is sales tax calculated?
The sales tax calculation is based on the location to where our product is being shipped.

How can I exchange items?

Should you want to make an exchange please email us at customerservice@portabra.com with your order number and request.  One of our customer service reps will contact you to coordinate next steps.

 
How long will my
Portabra take to arrive?

Your new Portabra  will arrive within 7-10 business days.  Should you need express shipping you can select your preferred shipping method during checkout.  Keep in mind that express shipping is not offered to P.O. Boxes. 


Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

When returning anything to our office please be sure to include the order confirmation page and include the original packaging if possible.  When requesting a return or exchange please keep the following in mind: 

 

1)  The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and please include your order form to allow for faster processing.

2)  Refund will be issued in the same form of payment as the one used to make the purchase. 

3)  If return is requested within 30 days of shipping date, a refund or exchange will be honored.

4)  We will only process refunds or exchanges for clients that include proof of purchase.

5)  Please allow up to 60 days for your credit to appear.

6)  The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

7)  Customer is responsible for shipping costs when requesting an exchange or refund unless the wrong item was shipped.

Please contact our customer service department and they will email you a return and exchange form via email that you must complete and include in your return.
